Kobe, of Trelissick Crescent, was seen out walking his hooman, Brian, outside The Villa Cafe in Ngaio. When asked about the upcoming election, the pair said they are concerned about

- rising rates vs lower property value

- poor asset management of the city

- Council being way off track on some wild schemes

I believe the council should focus on fiscal management and delivering core council services really well, such as maintaining infrastructure, cleaning the streets, collecting the rubbish, running the pools and libraries. Pooches, and people, just want to get on with their lives!
